More Info

Detroit United Lacrosse is a citywide youth organization dedicated to developing student athletes of character and integrity who will serve as positive members of the community. The Detroit United Lacrosse Association works directly with youth from Detroit & surrounding neighborhoods to provide high-level lacrosse training, wellness education, and educational opportunities. Detroit United Lacrosse uses the Lacrosse Athlete Development Model and principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance.

Your child will have the opportunity to learn the game of lacrosse in a unique and accelerated setting by receiving both fundamental instruction and immediate game play. We believe that learning any new sport should be fun, and what better way to learn than to play games. Open to all youth ages 3-18!  Registration is open through the end of the program with prorated fees.

About the Location

Located at the eastern-most point of the RiverWalk, this riverfront gem is a beautiful and serene oasis that features lush landscaping, a whimsical fountain, butterfly gardens, a contemplative labyrinth and fishing outlooks.

Additionally, a new birding station features four wildlife-spotting scopes (two of which are universally-accessible) and an interpretive panel identifying various birds that can be found along the riverfront.
